SANTA CLAUS PARADE ® MINUTES OF MEETING
November 16, 2010
Program Meeting

• Book Village Inn for November 30 @ 6:30 p.m.
• Walkie Talkies will be picked up on Friday
TRACEY BAYLEY-BUCKLE — Make Up
• Sign is on Float
• Has orange vests
• Committee Float wood is falling off, Dave will look a

MARIE HAMMOND -- Treasurer
• Has received $5500.00 in donation to date
• $300.00 for Legion
• Has Val's cheque for her, Tracey to deliver to Val
JEN ASHBY-- Bands
• Ready to go
DAWN LONGMIRE/ROBIN LACEY— Buttons, Costumes
• Santa Claus suit is in, will pick up at TIMs Rental
• Has the loan of a canopy
• We should purchase a ladder for Santa's float.
ROGER LETOOZE --Judging/Posters/Rogers Cable/Buttons and Button boxes
• Robin has hats for Santa
• Robin will drop off the buttons at Legion
• Ted will do this year and next year at the Legion
• Has plaques for winners
• Bob Towing has been clarified
• Posters are out in the Businesses
• Has extra Posters to cover floats for parade day
JANINE and DAVE COMEAU -- Floats and Fillers
• Dave has been speaking with the Police and everything will be the same as last year,
approximately 24 Auxiliary Police
o Debbie will help out on Saturday
ALLISON DART - Incoming Treasurer
• Cannot provide a Canopy
