Dawn Longmire, Tracy Bayley-Buckle, Lisa Kowal, Terryl Tzikas, Marie Hammond
Previous Minutes from September 22, 2008 meeting will be reviewed at next meeting
VALERIE MCCORMICK-Chairperson
• Val has emalled Tammy to remove Blog, it is no longer there now
• Greg not available to help with Parade day in Val's absence
• Terryl will take on VaI's job on parade day with help from Kathy
• Val to ask Sue St. John to help Debbie on Parade Day
• Looking for more people to help in Mark's job on Parade Day
• Audit has been done by Town all is well
KATHY MCLAUGHLIN - Publicity
• Ad in Clarington this Week regarding Floats and Filler on October 2nd at a
cost of $353.48
• Kathy will contact SNAP Clarington paper to put Ad in for parade
TRACEY BAYLEY-BUCKLE - Make Up
• Tracy is starting to make phone calls

• Oshawa Camaros will be in parade this year, Val will speak with them
regarding shirts turned inside out
• Debbie heard from Boston Pizza and they are Interested in being in Parade
• Debbie requires two cheques (one for $62.50 for postage and one for
$58.99 for printing)
• Letters were sent out regarding f=loats and Fillers on October 3, 2008
