BY-LAW 96-111
being a by-law to authorize the execution of a
waiver between the Canada Day Committee for
Ontario, the Board of Management Orono Town Hall
Canada Day Committee and the Municipality of
Clarington
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of
Clarington has adopted Resolution #GPA-345-96 the recommendations
contained within Report #ADMIN-2-96 to authorize the execution of
a waiver between the Canada Day Committee for Ontario, the Board
of Management Orono Town Hall Canada Day Committee and the
Municipality of Clarington for 1996 Canada Day celebrations :
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY
OF CLARINGTON ENACTS AS FOLLOWS :
1 . THAT the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute
the waiver as attached hereto as Schedule A and forming part
of this by-law and to apply the Municipality' s seal on same.
By-law read a first and second time this 10th day of June 1996 .
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 10th day of June
1996 .
