A building permit be obtained from the Building Department; and 2. That there is no alteration to the existing grading of the subject lot. Moved by Jim Vinson, Seconded by Todd Taylor "TO approve the application to permit the expansion of a legal non- conforming triplex, by adding a 26.7 square metre second floor bedroom, subject to the following conditions: 1. A building permit be obtained from the Building Department. As it is in keeping with the intent of the Official Plans and Zoning By-law, is minor in nature and is not detrimental to the neighbourhood." Adoption of the minutes from January 17, 2013.
