To permit the construction of a front porch (existing) by increasing the maximum permitted porch
projection into the required front yard from 1.5 metres to 1.65 metres, to permit the construction of
a porch by reducing the required side yard below 1.2 metres to 0.2 metres and to permit the
construction of a deck in the rear yard (existing) by reducing the required interior side yard below
1.2 metres to 1.0 metres.
No persons appeared in support of this application. No persons appeared in opposition to this
application.

"TO approve the application to permit the construction of a front porch
(existing) by increasing the maximum permitted porch projection into the
required front yard from 1.5 metres to 1.65 metres, to permit the
construction of a porch by reducing the required side yard below 1.2
metres to 0.2 metres and to permit the construction of a deck in the rear
yard (existing) by reducing the required interior side yard below 1.2 metres
to 1.0 metres, subject to the following conditions:
That a building permit be obtained from the Building Department within the
next four months;
That the porch in the side yard be a maximum 1.5 square metres in size;
and,
That there is not alteration to the existing grading of the subject lot, as it
meets the intent of the Official Plans and Zoning By-law, is minor in nature
and not detrimental to the neighbourhood. "

To reduce the visibility triangle from 7.5 metres by 7.5 metres to permit a new ground sign with a
visibility triangle of 5.3 metres by 5.3 metres at the intersection of Edward Street W. and Mill Street
S. and to recognize an existing portico within the reduced visibility triangle.
Dan Korte appeared in support of this application. No persons appeared in opposition to this
application.

"TO approve the application the reduce the visibility triangle from 7.5
metres x 7.5 metres, to 5.3 metres x 5.3 metres to permit a new
