THAT Report WD-72-89 be received; and 2. THAT Council approve the by-laws attached to this report (WD-72-89) assuming the streets referred to in Plans 1OM-756, 1OM-757, 1OM-759, 1OM-761, 1OM-762 and 1OM-769, as public highways and assumed by the Town for public use. i REPORT 1. RECOMMENDATION 3.1 It is, therefore, recommended that Council approve the by-laws attached to this report (WD-72-89) assuming the streets within each of the IOM- Plans noted in Section 3.1.
