RECOMMENDATIONS:
It is respectfully recommended that the General Purpose and Administration
Committee recommend to Council the following:
l. THAT Report WD-58-89 be received for information.

3. BACKGROUND
2.1 The DobIio Works Department is holding Information Centres to advise the
Public of projects which may affect them personally or their community
and to allow for public input as it relates to the various omuatcmotiom

3. REIVEW AND COMMENT
3.1 Attachment N0.1 is a schedule of the Information Centres for several projects
which are in the 1989 Budget and Four Year Forecast.
Our consultants, Totten Sims liubicki and staff representatives will be
available at all information centres to provide information.
4. RECOMMENDATION
4.1 The Public Works Department has used this method of informing the Public
with favourable response. It is, therefore, recommended that the schedule
of Information Centres be received for information.
