RECOMMENDATIONS:
It is respectfully recommended that the General Purpose and
Administration Committee recommend to Council the following:
1. THAT Report WD-21-89 be received; and
2. THAT a By-Law be passed to dedicate Part 4 of Plan 1OR-2998, Part 4
of Plan 1OR-2621 and Part 10 of Plan 1OR-2875 as Public Road Allowance
and that the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute said by-law.
REPORT
1.0 BACKGROUND
1.1 The Town has received a series of Land Division Applications for the
development of lands in the Hamlet of Kendal as shown on Attachment No.l>
1.2 Upon reviewing these applications the Town imposed a number of conditions
of reverence one of which was the dedication of road widenings described
as follows;
Part 4 of Plan 1OR-2998 on Church Street
Part 4 of Plan 1OR-2621 on Monck Street
Part 10 of Plan 1OR-2875 on Monck Street

1.3 The applicants have satisfied all of the ooudltlnuo of aevecence including
the transfer of these road vvideu1uga to the ]ovm and accordingly the
oeveceuceo were cleared.
1.4 It 10 now appropriate that these road wideu1ugo be dedicated as public
road allowances in order to provide clear anoeoo for these laud to a
Town maintained road.
2.0 RECOMMENDATION
2.1 It is, therefore, recommended that a by-law be passed to dedicate Part 4
of Plan 10B-2998, Pact 4 of Plan I0B-2621 and Part IO of Plan 10B-3875
as public road allowance and that the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to
execute said by-law.
