Minutes of a Special Meeting of Council held
in the Bovmianville Town Hall Committee Room
on February 7th, 1974 at 4:30 p.m.

Absence THAT the absence of Councillor Hobbs, who is attending
of a meeting of the Police Commission, be noted and
Con. Hobbs excused.

Oshonski THAT the letter dated February 4th, 1974, from
vs E. Richard Lovekin, regarding Oshonski, be received
Township and that Mr. Lovekin be requested to attend the
of Clarke Finance Committee meeting on February 11th, to
brief Council on the matter.

Newcastle THAT the matter of the cost of constructing the
Community kitchen at Newcastle Community Hall, which was
