NEWCASTLE COMMUNITYHALL BOARD
PLEASE NOTE: The next meeting of the Newcastle Hall Board will
be held January 21,1991 at 7:30 p.m.
The Newcastle Hall Board held their regular meeting on December 17
with R.B.Rickard, N. Hoogkamp, F.Stapleton and D.Mace present.
Diane Granfield from the Heritage Society attended the meeting and
explained to the Committee some of the work that the Heritage Society -
had been doing recently and informed them that the Hall was being
designated as heritage.
BILLS: Al l bills to be paid.
CORRESPONDENCE: A letter to be sent, to Cureatz & Lycett regarding
expenses incurred pr._or to be nn ng of lease inforinin them

prior to beginning of lease was their responsibility.
A letter of amendment was to be written to Mr.Caruana Caruana re NCSAB
grant explaining that due to the fact that a proposed lease had
been cancelled we have to apply for an extra $7500, making a total
of $35,700 ap=plied fcr.
NEW BUSINESS: A Christmas bonus of $30.0) was to be given to
W.Couch and D.Mace
