PLEASE NOTE: The next Newcastle Hall Board will hold their next meting
on September 17th, 1990 at 7:30 p . m.
The Newcastle Hall Board meeting was held on June 14 at 7:30 with
R. B .Rickard , S. De j ong , N. Hoo gkanp , B .Adams , D .Harare and T) ..-race present.
Old Business:
I). Hamre looking into the furnace problem - the present one. i s n,o z sate,
Dianne also looking into the retaining ng wallwhich is pretty close to the
new building next door.
Correspondence:
Letter from Corrninity Services re meetings June 25 & 29, P . P, ,Pickard to
attend.
Bills
Moved by B.Adams and seconded by D.Hiamre that all bills be paid as
corrected. - CAT P77T)

New Business:
It was noted that E. Couch was not attending meetings . R. B . n ckard to
contact Fred regarding this.
D.M,ace was asked to r a series of ads for the present library facilities
which will become vacant in 1991. Pent to be negotiated.
Moved by N. Hoogkarlp and seconded by S . De j ong - CARRIED
New lease to be mailed to the Masonic Dodge for 1991. Rent to be increa.sc 1
by 5°. New rent ' 1840. Cam .
