The Newcastle C.OIIIIllIDi.ty Hall Board held their rreeting on February 19, at 7:30 p.m. with F.C.Ouch, R.B.Rickard, N.Hoogkarrp, D.Hamre, B.Adams, S.Dejong, F.Stapleton & B.Pearce present.
A notion b.y D.Harnre and seconded by S.Dejong that the minutes were approved but should read with regret and appreciation of B.Pearce's resignation -CARRIED
OLD BUSINESS:
Tne winckr-wS at the back of Hall hav--e been corrpleted but not to F. Couch's satisfaction. Fred to have them fix windows to his liking.

A notion by D.Harnre and seconded by N o Hoogkarrp that the correspondence be reviewed for further information -CARRIED
BILLS:
·A notion by F.Stapleton and seconded by B.Adams that all bills be paid -CARRIED
There was no Tresurer's report as Secretary di.cl not have books to corrplete report.
NEW BUSrnESS:
A notion by N.Hoogkarrp and seconded by B.Adams that the Board interview Mrs.Maceand J.Shaw on Feb.27, starting at 7:30 -CARRIED
A notion by D.Harnre and seconded by F.Couch that we purchase and install 2 newPA plugs and outlets and have back plug repaired -CARRIED 1.t./J.J S�k.._
N.Hoogkarnp introduced a new rental agreerrent for the Historical Society. F.C.Ouch
to take this agreerrent to Hr. Carawna for his okay.lM
