Biddle & Associates 5.Confirming By-law 6.Adjournment Special Council Meeting Agenda March 2, 2026 Page 2 If this information is required in an alternate format, please contact the Accessibility Coordinator at 905-623-3379 ext. 2131 The Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington By-law 2026-014 Being a By-law to exempt Part of Block 230, Plan 40M-2741, being Parts 1-105 (inclusive), 40R-33165; Municipality of C larington, from Part Lot Control. Whereas the Council of the Corporation of the M unicipality of Clarington deems it advisable to exempt Part of Block 230, Plan 40M-2 741, being Parts 1-1 05 (inclusive), 40R-33165; Municipality of Clarington, from Part Lot Control (File # PLC 2025-0001). Now Therefore Be It Resolved That, the Council of the Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington enacts as follows: 1.That Subsection 5 of the Section 50 of the Planning Act shall not apply to those lands described in Paragraph 2 within the By-law. 2.That this By-law shall come into effect upon being approved by the Municipality of Clarington and thereafter Subsection 5 of Section 50 shall cease to apply to Part of Block 230, Plan 40M-2741, being Parts 1-105 (inclusive), 40R-33165. 3.Pursuant to Subsection 7.3 of Section 50 of the Planning Act, this By-law shall be in force for a period of two (2) years ending on March 2, 2028.
