Minutes of last mc eig held Sfej)tember_ 28198_,
The regular meeting of this Board was held Monday, September 28 with
Narda Hoogkamp, Fred Couch, Brenton Rickard, Lorraine Lover and
Margaret Brereton present.
Moved by Hoogkamp, seconded by Couch, minutes be approved as prepared.
Old Business: (a) main hall all plastered and painted.
(b hall rugs shampooed.
(e ticket booth phoned repaired,
(d moved by Rickard, seconded by Couch, the Flying
Dutchman be billed for 7 glass bowls missing since
.they recently catered to an event in the hall.
Carried:
Correspondence: (1) Scout Committee - re.' use of auditorium on
December 14, 1981
(2) Masonic Lease for 1982.
(3) Town of Newcastle - copy of letter sent to
Mrs, Lover
(4) Town of Newcastle - re'. Montague Trust.
(5) Town of Newcastle re. new Grants policy.
The secretary was instructed to contact the Town Treasurer for clar-
ification on the new policy regarding grants.
It was moved by Hoogkamp, seconded byCouch, the Scout Committee be
informed of the following rental rate applicable for December 14/$1.
Carried'. $)20.00 for two hour aucitorium rental, plus $10.00 if
part kitchen facilities are used or 630,00 if full kitchen facilities
are used.
