The regular meeting of this Board was held Monday May 25/81 with
Brenton Rickard. , Fred Couch, NareLa Hoo` La rap Si erd deJor,g and
Margaret Brereton presents
Also present was a r_ epresentativr of the new Newca: -I.l.e PowJ_i.r
CorlraZtte.e, but because a mistake had been made in the mossa r
received., he and othe members of the newly formed executive were
asked to attend our next re ular meeting which wou:'.d be held
Monday, June 22nd.
The minutes of the 1st meeting were adopted on a r ,t . on by Couch

of the proposed sign has beexr submitted to this Board.

month of June
(3) A Lease agreement is to be drawn upbetvreen
the Newcastle BowJ.lug Cor�mittee and the Hall
Board. Copies are to be made avail.abe to the
Bowling Comm executive and mambers of the
Hall Board.
(4) l recutive of new Bowling Committee to Be
invited to attend our next regular meeting.
