Board was held Menay, April 27 with

Margaret Brereton present.
Because Brenton was doing to
be late, Fred acted as chairan.

It was moved by Hoogkamp,
seconded by deJong, all bills presented
for payment be paid. Carried:
The Masons are plannint
to have new curtains .in their rooms and
it was suggested they be
told these curtains should be made of
fir&& -proof material. It
was also suggested they be told some
method of escaping from
their rooms, in case of fire,, should
be devised.
Supervision nights- were
designated..
In reference to earlier
correspondence re. furnace maintenance
contract, ;,Brenton is to
inquire as to what procedure the Tovm
is taking. The opinion
of this Board is that it is to our ad—
vantage to continue as is.
Members were asked to think of some way the e: —bowling committee
could be honoured.Mrs. McCurdy, secretary of the new bowling,
committee, is to be notified of our next meeting on May 25.
