(2) Narda is to look into whether or not the . downstairs youth cupboards are being used. (3) Moved by H-oogkamp, seconded by Lover, we donate 20 old chairs to Grant Cooper with Fred to see this is done. Carried: (4) It was suggested we bring the benches inside for the ' winter (5)- Brenton mentioned it was hoped by the B.I.A. .the Hall Board. would participate in future projects planned for front street improvments. (6) It was moved by Couch, seconded by Lover, the Library rent for 1983 be increased by 6% to �5,2780000 Carried (7) Brenton was instructed to see the Hall furnaces are cleaned and in good working order.
