Minutes of meeting held October 2 th 82
Present at the regular _.,meeting of this Board held Monday, October 25th/82
were Brenton Rickard, Nary] a Hoogkarp, Lorraine Lover, Fred Couch, Councillor
Diane Hamre and Margaret Brereton.
It was moved by Couch, seconded by Hoogkamp, -the minutes of the last -meeting
be approved as prepared„ Carried:
Old Business: (1) Fire Extinguisher . for Bowling Alley is here.
(2) Leak in auditori1m is to - be repaired.
(3) No luck, can the purchase of a fridge for the downstairs
kitchen ' -» members are to keep looking for one.
(4) It was reported a new 8 track -cassette recorder
would cost $75.00 plus. A sincere thank you to
• Narda who loaned the Board an ,8 track machine for
this Christmas season.
(5) Fred contacted the Works' Dept. for help in removing
trees from the Cenotaph site where new trees are to
be planted0
