After a dinner at which the spouses were
present, a meeting was held with Fred Couch, Betty
�dams, Narda Hoogkamp, Brenton 'l ickard and Carole
Gardner present.
The minutes of the previous meeting were
read and accepted as read by Couch and seconded by
Hoogkamp.
Brewton reported that the washrooms in the
basement have been completed and the one othe main
floor is in the process of being renovated.
it was decided that we would apply for a
.`intario grant to help pay for the ventilation and.
redecorating of the main hail. ,e will also look
into hosting a draw here.
Snow removal - Fred Couch reported that
Harold Will plow the snow if we have a substantial
amount. .,,c will ask the Town to remove the snow if
it gets piled too high.
The Horticultural Society has said that
they will look after having the urns for the outside
gardens repaired.
It was moved by Couch and seconded by
Hoogkamp that all outstanding bills be paid.
Some suggestions were made }for the new
year after, which Couch moved that we adjourn and
Adams seconded the motion..
