Our regular meeting was held in the Council Chambers
with Brenton Rickard, Marg Bereton, Betty Adams, Narda
Hoogkamp, Fred Couch and Carole Gardner present.
The minutes of the last meeting wasc read and moved
as read by Hoogkamp and seconded by Couch.
Brenton reported that the fire extinquishers have
been refilled and that the new washrooms are in progress.
It was moved by Adams and seconded by Couch that we
contact all the groups that use the hail, and ask for a list
of supplies that they keep at the hail. This is for insurance
purposes.
Treasurer's report Bank balance $8,817-24 which
includes our grant of .$2,207.58. This was moved by Hoogkamp
and seconded by Adams.
It was moved by Adams and seconded by Couch that all
outstanding bills be paid.

The budget for 1977 was set. Rents and snow removal
were discussed. It was moved by Couch and seconded by Adams
that the Lions rent be ra sedto $38.50 for their Bingo nights
Moved by Adams, seconded by Couch that we return $15.00
for supervision to Russell Corback for a last minute cancellation.
