The minutes were read and 2dopted on a motion by Couch which was seconded by Rickard and Carried! The new caretaker, Roµ Hopkins, was present and asked for new buffers for the polisher. He,in turn, was asked, at his convenience, to clean up the old north furnace room; to try to relieve the waterproblem on the sidewalk e;_�st of the Eall and to 7Ut up barriers to prevent parking on the east lawn at the present time. Moved by '!Jal ton, seconded by Eoogkamp, the Roof -Snginineerinp and Inspection letter, stating t�ey would conduct an inspection o� the hall roof, be filed. Carried! Narda p1resented an estimate from ��r. Whitmee of' 1,222.00 for construct­ing cupboards in the furnace room off the Lions' Room, however, since w�. Hopkins said he felt he could do this job, it was decided to let him go ahead. r:oved by Rickard, seconded by Couch, the east vent be bricked in and waterproofed, with an exhaust opening le�t for the exhaust fan.
