3 .0 REVIEW AND COMMENT
3 . 1 The Ministry of Transportation has advised us that traffic at the
Highway #2/Trulls Road intersection meets the Ministry's warrants
for the installation of traffic signals .
3 .2 Provision has been made in the Public Works 1990 Capital Budget for
the reconstruction of Trulls Road from Highway #2 northerly to
George Reynolds Drive. The Ministry has reviewed our plans for the
reconstruction of Trulls Road and have asked us to include certain
works at the intersection of Trulls Road and Highway #2, including
the work necessary to provide for the construction of traffic
signals at the intersection. This cost will be borne by the
Ministry of Transportation.
3 .3 Upon completion of the work at the intersection of Trulls Road and
Highway #2, the Ministry of Transportation will install the traffic
signals . This work will be done in 1990 .
4 .0 CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
4 . 1 From the above it can be concluded that the traffic signal will be
installed at the intersection of Trulls Road and Highway #2 in
1990 . It is, therefore, recommended that this report be received
for information and a copy of the report be forwarded to Mr. Tim
Morris .

Ms. Patty Barrie,
I am writing this letter as a very concerned citizen of Courtice.
I have lived in Courtice for two years & my concern is with the
traffic problem at the corner of Trulls Rd. and Hwy 2. This corner
to me has always been busy & with the increased building in all directions
it is now very unsafe.
I would appreciate you looking into this and informing myself as to
your findings.
Thanking you in Advance,
Tim Morris,
