4. Floats Update (when will people start to receive an order, have they goƩen emails yet,
what’s the plan so we know, how many do we have so far)
5. Bands Update (how many do we have, what’s the budget at for this)
6. Treasurer Report (account balance) including update about which businesses have
sponsored
7. Are all the permits already applied for? (Clarington roadway, Durham roadway,
Durham transit noƟfied)
8. LeƩer collecƟons for this year?
9. Social media (countdown to parade posts, buƩon ad, promoƟng our sponsors, call for
volunteers)
10. Once over everything we already discussed so we are set
11. Golf Carts, thoughts on if they are needed?
12. The day of the parade
13. Any other discussions open to the members
14. AƩendance to these meeƟngs going forward really is a must.

suggesƟon, we can drop everything off at the legion together so there’s lots to help carry it in)
