SUBJECT: DEDICATION OF PARTS 11 AND 18 OF PLAN 1OR-708
AS PUBLIC ROAD ALLOWANCE
RECOMMENDATIONS:
It is respectfully recommended that the General Purpose and
Administration Committee recommend to Council the following:
1. THAT this report be received; and
2. THAT a By-law be passed to dedicate Part 11 and 18 of Plan 1OR-708
as Public Road Allowance and that the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to
execute said by-law.
1.0 BACKGROUND
1.1 The Town has been performing maintenance on a rural industrial plan
of subdivision located in the Broken Front Concession, Part Lot 27 and
28 in the former Township of Darlington since November of 1982,

1.2 It has recently come to our attention that the road allowance
which is comprised of Parts 11, 12 and 18, Plan 1OR-708 are in the
�i ownership of the Town, (see Attachment No.2) , however, parts 11 and 18
have never been dedicated as public road allowance.

1.3 We have reviewed this matter and find it appropriate that
Parts 11 and 18 be dedicated as public road allowance at this time.
2.0 RECOMMENDATION
2.2 It is, therefore, recommended that a by-law be passed dedicating
Parts 11 and 18 of Plan 1OR-708 as public road allowance and that the
Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute said by-law.
