1. Land Acknowledgement Statement
2. Declarations of Pecuniary Interest
3. How did clothing sales go at the Spring Fling event. (sales and what's left to sell)
4. Costume update. Presentation from those in charge of costumes.
5. Buttons, deciding on a design style. The actual button is to be decided at the
next meeting.
6. Pancake breakfast, Christmas in July (July 25t" is the official Christmas in July
date. Decision on event space, date, costs. How to advertise sponsorships.

7. Sponsorship, who is leading this, and who will volunteer to help? Date to
start? Also, social media, how often will ads go out, which day do we start the
new ones for this year?
8. New Secretary (formal vote)
9. What platforms or applications do committee members need to be added to?
(treasurer and vice -chair to bank account, social media to Gmail or alternate
way)
10. Any other discussions open to the members.
