First - b. Second — 4) Approval of Minutes from November a. First - b. Second — 5) Information about AGM and what changes that will be make for the Board of Directors as per new Bylaws and ONCA 6) Reports • Chair and Co -Chair o Information about the grant for the accessible washroom update by town. o Insurance —we are still working on getting a quote o Quickbooks has been purchased, and Brian can start using as soon as we sit down and go over some new changes o Jotform — we will continue to use what we have access for free. 6 Months of revenue (Brian is compiling and I will have a total for our meeting) o Grant Application Declined - Details o Canva $150.00 per person Pro account we will need to vote on this however this is what we are using for all of our flyers and with the membership fee we can get so many more options. - we will need to vote on this 7) Maintenance 8) Rentals a. Dec was good, lots of Christmas parties were held at the hall. b. Jan is a slow month c. We have started to get bookings for the summer. d. We have not heard anything about when the accessible bathrooms will be started 9) Treasurer 10) Secretary - Vacant - Danielle filling in 11) Events: a. Movie Night: i. Dec movie night was fantastic! It is so amazing to see so many people show up to them! ii. I was a little nervous about the January one, but we had about 15-20 kids iii. Next movie night, I was thinking either, "IF" It is about imaginary friends (Ryan Reynolds). Or "Harold and the Purple Crayon", movie night is on Feb 7th at 6pm doors open. b. Breakfast with Santa i. Was a great success!! Thank you all who helped out. ii. Tyrone Tackles hunger with our support from movie nights and the breakfast and much more raised 6,630 Ibs of donated items and $5,305.30 of cash and gift cards. iii. I felt the breakfast had a great set up, and the flow was not overwhelming at all. iv. I think going forward we will continue the sign-up way and maybe ask the people more in-depth questions about what they do to support the community centre or what events have they been too. c. St. Patrick's Day Dance: i. Working with 2 bands. One is a great big sea tribute band and the other plays a little bit of everything... but is good at Bon Jovi! ii. Working on food.... but not 100% sure where / what we will be going with yet. iii. We need volunteers for the door and the bar, and help cleaning up afterwards. — Who can help? 12) Old Business o Spending some money - Because we must only keep 6 months in our account.
