RECOMMENDATIONS:
It is respectfully recommended:
1. That this report be received; and,
2. That the Director of Public Works provide Cean Investements
Limited with a 'Certificate of Acceptance' for the Initial
Stage of Construction of Plan 1OM-761.
REPORT
On November 27, 1984 the Town executed a Subdivision Agreement
with Cean Investments Limited, to develop lands more specifically
described as Plan 1OM-761 (refer to Schedule 'A') . The
construction of Town services preceded in the Initial Stage
of Road Construction consisting of placement of granular road
base and sub-base materials, asphalt binder course and storm
sewers, these services were completed and a Certificate of
Completion was issued dated August 22, 1985, placing these Works
on maintenance.

Following the maintenance period (2 years) , we re-inspected this
stage of construction and any deficiencies found were corrected to
our satisfaction. In accordance with the subdivision agreement,
the developer has met his obligations with regard to construction
and maintenance of these Works and it is now appropriate for the
Town to accept these Works.
It is, therefore, recommended that Council approve this report,
thereby authorizing the Director of Public Works to issue
a Certificate of Acceptance for the Initial Stage of Road
Construction and subsequently accepting ownership of these Works.
