CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
RECOMMENDATIONS:
It is respectfully recommended:
1. That this report be received; and,
2. That this report be approved thereby authorizing issuance
of a Certificate of Completion for the Final Stage of
Road Construction dated November 30, 1987, subsequenty
placing the Works on maintenance.
REPORT:
On April 25, 1986, the Town executed a Subdivision Agreement
with Foster Creek Development Limited to develop the lands
more specifically decribed as Plan 10M-767 (refer to Schedule 'A' ) .
An authorization to commence the construction of Town services
was issued. The 'Final Stage of Construction' was completed
on November 30, 1987.

In accordance with the subdivision agreement, we have inspected
the Fianl Stage of Road Construction and find the work
satisfactory and constructed in accordance with the approved
engineering drawings. Accordingly, it is appropriate to
issue a 'Certificate of Completion' dated Novemeber 30, 1987
and that the Maintenance Period commence.
RECOMMENDATION:
It is, therefore, recommended that Council approve this report
thereby authorizing the issuance of a Certificate of Completion
and subsequently placing the Final Stage of Road Construction
on maintenance.
