RECOMMENDATIONS: It is respectfully recommended: 1. That this report be received; and, 2. Mathurin, Real Estate Marketing Representative, CN Real Estate, Suite 920, 277 Front Street West, Toronto, Ontario, M5V 2X4, be so advised. ....2 1L GCS) Page 2 Report No. WD -21 -86 REPORT: The attached correspondence from CN Real Estate requests an easement for the use of the closed road allowance between Lots 20 & 21, B.F.C., of the former Township of Clarke, depicted on the attached plan. To the best of our knowledge, these lands are still owned by the Town but do not serve a specific purpose. Thus, an easement in favour of CN Rail would be appropriate since it would not preclude use for other purposes. That organization merely wishes to formalize its right to use the lands for access to their facility. Conditional on preparation of reference plans, title searches and other documentation by CN Rail, it is recommended that their request be granted. Respectfully submitted, R.G. Dupuis. P.
