HomeMy WebLinkAbout2024-045If this information is required in an alternate format, please contact the Accessibility Co-ordinator at 905-623-3379 ext. 2131 The Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington By-law 2024-045 Being a by-law to close and to authorize the sale of part of a road allowance WHEREAS the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington deems it desirable to pass this by-law; and WHEREAS the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington at its meeting on September 9, 2024, approved the recommendations in Report LGS-033-24. NOW THEREFORE BE IT ENACTED AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED AS A BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CLARINGTON AS FOLLOWS: 1. Those parts of the unopened road allowance between Lots 34 and 35, Concession 1 (Darlington), being Part 1, 40R-31088, Municipality of Clarington, Regional Municipality of Durham, are hereby closed by The Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington. 2. That the Municipal Solicitor be authorized to take all necessary action to effect the transfer.
