To permit the construction of an addition to a single detached dwelling by reducing the minimum
required interior side yard setback from 1.2 metres to 0.45 metres.

"TO approve the application to permit the construction of an addition (existing) to a
single detached dwelling by reducing the minimum required interior side yard setback
from 1.2 metres to 0.45 metres, subject to the following conditions:
That a building permit be obtained for modifications required to make the westerly wall
of the addition and the roof comply with the Ontario Building Code; and,
That the subject addition remain as a single storey structure and that no portions of any
future additions to the dwelling be less than 1.2 metres from any side property line, as it
meets the intent of the Official Plans and Zoning By-law, is minor in nature and not
detrimental to the neighbourhood."

To permit the relocation of a building to be used for residential purposes by reducing the visibility
triangle from 7.5 metres x 7.5 metres to 5 metres x 5 metres, by reducing the minimum required
front yard setback from 4.5 metres to 2 metres and by reducing the minimum required exterior
side yard setback from 6 metres to 3 metres.

"TO approve the application to permit relocation of a building to be used
for residential purposes by reducing the visibility triangle from 7.5 metres x
7.5 metres to 5 metres x 5 metres, by reducing the minimum required front
yard setback from 4.5 metres to 2 metres and by reducing the minimum
required exterior side yard setback from 6 metres to 3 metres, subject to
the following conditions:
That the driveway width not exceed 6 metres;
That the existing asphalt area exceeding 6 metres in width be restored to
sod or other landscaping; and,
That a satisfactory grading plan showing the placement of the dwelling,
septic and driveway be submitted to the Engineering Services Department
for approval prior to the issuance of a building permit, as it meets the
intent of the Official Plans and Zoning By-law, is minor in nature and not
detrimental to the neighbourhood"
