Moved by Paul Allore, Seconded by Todd Taylor: "TO approve the application to permit the severance of a lot by reducing the required easterly interior side yard setback for an existing building from 1.25 metres to 0 metres, as it meets the intent of the Official Plans and Zoning By-law, is minor in nature and not detrimental to the neighbourhood."
