ADh,1INISTRATION COMMITTEE MEETING OF APRIL 5, 1982

SUBJECT: INSTALLATION OF RE- CYCLING TANK & CHEMICAL TREATMENT
SYSTEM - DARLINGTON SPORTS CENTRE
RECOMMENDATIONS:
1. That this report be received; and
2. That Canadian Ice Machines Ltd. be requested to under-
take the job of installing the re- cycling tank and
chemical treatment system at Darlington Sports Centre
at a maximum cost of $4,815.00 as quoted by the above -
mentioned Company on January 20, 1982.
BACKGROUND & COMMENT:
The only two (2) Companys to our knowledge that are able to complete the
installation of the equipment are Canadian Ice Machines of Toronto and
Creamery Package of Toronto.
Mr. Klaus Delquist, Company Representative for Creamery Package made a
verbal quote of approx. $5,350.00 including tax. However, Mr. Delquist
would not put this quote in writing to Mr. Payne until he inspected the
job site.
Due to the fact that Canadian Ice Machines made the original installation
of the refrigeration plant at Darlington Sports Centre and have been
servicing our equipment since 1975, I recommend endorsement that the
Canadian Ice Machines quote of $4,815.00 be accepted.
