SUBJECT: BOWMANVILLE FIRE STATION RAMP (INVITATION TO TENDER)
RECOMMENDATIONS:
1. This report be received; and
2. That the Director of Community Services be authorized
to call for, `Tenders by Invitation" to supply and

install new ramp heating cables and a new concrete
cap at the Bowmanville Fire Station. oil �Jl
BACKGROUND & COMMENT: v 6
As per the 1982 Budget discussions, nine (9) new heating cables are to
be installed in the ramp at the Bowmanville Fire Station at a Budget
cost of $9,500.00.
A new concrete cap covering the ramp will be included in the Tender price.
Staff feel that invited Tenders would be appropriate, due to the limited
number of suppliers.
