Recommend that this report be received; and
That the quotations received from Lundy Steel (Division of
Ivaco Ltd.) of Toronto, be accepted as the lowest bidder
and meeting all specifications.
BACKGROUND & COMMENT:
The "Invitations to Quote" were sent to eight (8) fencing companies. We
received three (3). Please find attached.
All quotations received met the required specifications.
Recommendation was made reflecting the lowest price of $5,361.13.
