1. Recommend that this report be recieved; and
2. That the quotation from Frost Steel & White Company
Limited of Toronto in the amount of $1,908.00 be
accepted as the lowest bid and meeting all
specifications.
BACKGROUND & COMMENT:
The "Invitation to Quote" was sent to eight (8) fencing companies. Replies
were received from: 1. Frost Steel and Wire Company Limited
2. Lundy Steel.
Attached are copies of both quotations received.
The quote from Frost Steel and Wire Company Limited meets all specifications
and it is recommended, that the contract in the amount of $1,908.00 be awarded
to Frost Steel and Wire Company Limited.
