Fanning Town of Newcastle Dear Mr. Fanning: Please consider my request for an exception to by-law 79-104 at Bowmanville Cemetary. Presently, the recommended size for the tomb stone base is thirty inches. I would like to erect a base forty-four inches . Perhaps this exception could be permitted by allowing the base to be slightly off-set over the grave site. Grave Site: Block "Y". Lot 26, Plot #1, Name-.
