and satisfactory proposed grading plan be submitted for approval by the
Director of Engineering Services, as it meets the intent of the Official Plans and
Zoning By-law is minor in nature and not detrimental to the neighbourhood."

That an appropriate advisory notice is provided to the purchasers of these
dwellings; and that a maximum of three risers be permitted for stairs leading
from the end of the garage into the dwelling, as it meets the intent of the Official
Plans and Zoning By-law, is minor in nature and not detrimental to the
neighbourhood."
