SUBJECT: "NEWCASTLE FITNESS CENTRE 1985 PROPOSED RATES"
RECOMMENDATIONS:
It is respectfully recommended,
1. That this report be received; and
2. That Council approve the proposed 1985 rates for the
Newcastle Fitness Centre.
BACKGROUND & COMMENTS:
Overall rate increases reflect an average of just under 5% over the 1984 Centre
rates.
Please note, that the proposed increases in squash and public swimming fee
reflects the first increases in these areas since the opening of the facility.
