RECOMMENDATIONS: It is respectfully recommended that Council adopt the
following recommendations:
1. That this report be received; and
2. That the Expenditures listed in Priority List Number One
be funded from General Capital Reserve 2900- X -17 -0.
BACKGROUND AND COMMENT:
As requested by Council, the Deputy Treasurer has informed me that funds are
available in the General Capital Reserve Account.
