By-law 2020-055
Being a By-law to amend the Clarington Traffic By-law 2014-059
WHEREAS By-law 2014-059 is the comprehensive traffic by-law for the Municipality of
Clarington;
AND WHEREAS Council has determined that By-law 2014-059 requires an amendment
in relation to the posted speed limit on Darlington Boulevard;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington
hereby enacts as follows:
1. Schedule 12 of By-law 2014-059 is amended by the insertion of a new row as
follows:
Highway From To I Posted Speed
Darlington
Boulevard
Foxhunt Trail Durham Hwy 2 40 km/h
2. This by-law shall come into force and take effect on the date it is passed.
