The asphalt portion has many bumps and depressions where water collects. The water puddles and ice that form make it very hazardous for not only the Seniors using our Drop -In Centre, but for the general public as well. We feel that this sidewalk could be greatly improved by making it a standard cement sidewalk. We hope that you will refer this request to your Works Department for attention as soon as possible. Yours truly, / Mrs. Gail Rickard Community Care Chairman /JO N )
