Dear Sirs: Re: Cean Investments re Severances Our File 17- 35,124. Cean Investments (Oshawa) Limited recently assigned a "subdivision" agreement with the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle to permit the development of two lots on High Street. As part of that subdivision agreement, road widenings had to be conveyed to the Municipality and we understand that you are now in receipt of the appropriate deeds. We understand further that partial cessations of charge will be forthcoming, or already have been received by you. Assuming, for the time being, that the deeds are appropriate, we would ask that you place before Council the ne- cessary by -law to assume these lands for road purposes. Your co- operation in this matter is greatly appreciated. Yours truly, GARDINER, ROBERTS per: JHW /sr Jonathan gley c.c. Mr. R. A. Alexander Mr. Michael Zygocki THIS.
