MARTIN ROAD PARK AGREEMENT
RECOMMENDATION: It is respectfully recommended:
1. That this report be received for information.
BACKGROUND & COMMENTS:
As a result of the proposed development in the Martin Road Part Lot 15,
Concession 1, East Woodbridge Developments Limited will not be able to renew
the agreement of the above - mentioned park.
Please find a letter from Mr. Manias of East Woodbridge Developments Limited.
Staff have been instructed to remove the existing equipment from the property.
An alternate site to replace the old Martin Road Park will not be available
until the development of the Base Line Community Centre play fields. t'Je
anticipate completion for use during the summer of 1986.

Dear Mr. Fanning:
Further to our telephone conversation of today's date, please
accept this letter as your notice that the lease on the above
park shall be terminated. All equipment which exists on the
site should be removed.
As you are aware, the lands which the park is located is to be
developed for residential purposes. In this regard, we would
appreciate receiving a letter or hearing from you as to when
all of the existing equipment shall be removed.
