That Report CS -41 -86 be received for information. BACKGROUND AND COMMENT: At the General Purpose and Administration Committee meeting of June 16th 1986, Committee directed staff to provide additional information as to the groups using the facility. At present the Clerk's department controls the scheduling of the Police and Fire Building. After reviewing their scheduling book a summary of users is attached.
