CALL TO ORDER: by secretary at 7: 00 pm
Moved by Gord Lowery seconded by Laverne Boyd that: we accept
the agenda as presented.

The minutes from the last meeting were read:

be accepted as corrected.

FINANCIAL REPORT
There was no new report.
CORRESPONDENCE: see enclosed items from O.A.A.A. minutes
NEW BUSINESS: Arena Manager Peter Maartense led the group on
a walk-about of the facility. The following is a list of items reviewed:
1 . New efficient lighting in the dressing room area
2. New venting system in the uniform storage area to aid
in drying the sweaters and equipment
3. New permanent first aid box at the trainers station of
the home team
4. Board in front of the visitors bench will need repair very
soon
5. Plywood roof over the penalty box needs to be replaced
with plexus-glass
6. Efficient lighting is scheduled for the spectator areas in
the near future.
