CALL TO ORDER: by chair at 7:10 pm
As only four members were present the meeting was cancelled due to a lack
of a quorum.
BUSINESS ARISING: Laverne reported that he and Pete had worked on a
budget and had handed it to Jack Canfield to polish and submit. John
requested the e-mail address of Jackie so he can receive copies of all budgets
financial reports.
The usual summer maintenance has gone smoothly. Plus new tiles in the
lobby and washroom and fluorescent lighting have been up-dated with a
sizable rebate from Veridan.
The Stanley Cup/Bryan Bickell day raised $3 300.00 for the O.A.A.A.
Ray reported on a meeting with the other Boards in the area under the
umbrella of Fred Horvath on June 14tH
Next meeting to be held soon after the fair.
