FINANCIAL REPORT
No Report
CORRESPONDENCE: A letter was received from Elaine Dillon
stating she could no longer hold the position of chair.
NEW BUSINESS:
Moved by Wendy Partner seconded by Willie Woo that: Elaine's
resignation be accepted with regrets.
CARRIED
Moved by Jackie Moore seconded by Laverne Boyd that: John
Witheridge be appointed chair.
CARRIED
Moved by John Witheridge seconded by Laverne Boyd that: Jackie
Moore be appointed secretary.
