WUCT: HALL BOARD RENTAL AGREEMENT FORM
RECOMMENDATIONS:
It is respectfully recommended that the General Purpose and Administration Committee
recommend to Council the following: -
1. That Report CS -24 -87 be received; and
2. That the Community Services Department be authorized to have the Hall Board
Rental Agreement Form printed and distributed to the various Boards for
September 1, 1987 Implementation; and
3. That the Hall Boards be informed of Council's decision.
BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:
Further to report CS -16 -87 (attachment #1) staff has referred the Agreement Form to all
Hall Boards for review and comment as per Resolution GPA- 401 -87 and GPA- 402 -87
(attachment #2).
Communication was directed to all Hall Boards (attachment #3) with limited response, one
of twelve Boards actually responded in writing.
As a result staff has assumed that the Boards have no real concerns involving the use of
the Agreement Form and is recommending its implementation.
