To permit the construction of an attached deck by increasing the maximum permitted

"THAT the application be APPROVED, increasing the maximum permitted

"THAT the application be APPROVED as applied for, subject to the
following conditions:
1) That the applicant obtains a demolition permit for the dwelling that was
demolished;
2) That the applicant submits a letter to the Building Division requesting
the cancellation of Building Permit 10.0052, a proposed addition to
the(demolished) single detached dwelling but never constructed; and
3) That the applicant obtains a building permit for the new dwelling unit.

minor and desirable."
