The Corporation of the Municipality of Clarington
By-law 2023-003
Being a By-law to amend By-law 2008-038, a by-law to
establish a Municipal Service Board to operate a Community
Hall in Solina in the former Township of Darlington, now in
the Municipality of Clarington
Whereas Council passed Resolution #GG-013-22, arising out of Report LGS-003-23, to amend
the By-law 2008-038 to decrease from two Members of Council to one;
Now therefore be it enacted that By-law 2008-038 be amended as follows:
That Section 2 be deleted and replaced with the following:
The Board shall be appointed by Clarington Council and be comprised of six
persons and one member of whom shall be a Member of Council.
Passed in Open Council this 23rd day of January, 2023.
